ImmuneCarta customizes serological assays such as ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) and CBA (Cytokine Bead Array) to fit client needs.
- ImmuneCarta uses the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) to measure the concentration of analytes such as cytokines and the titer of antibodies in biological fluids (serum and plasma) or cell culture supernatants.
- ImmuneCarta uses the CBA (Cytokine Bead Array) technology to quantify multiple soluble and intracellular proteins simultaneously, such as cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, adhesion molecules, and phosphorylated proteins in biological fluids or cell culture supernatants. CBA is a flow cytometry-based technique that uses antibody-coated beads with unique fluorescent intensities that react with particular analytes. Beads that react with different analytes can be mixed and run simultaneously in a single tube.
- Bead-based assay
- Multiplexing up to 30 analytes for simultaneous quantification
Sample types include cell culture supernatants and biological fluids from:
- PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells)
- Whole blood
- Cell lines
